Henry Cuellar: ‘Nobody Should Vote to Shut the Government Down’

CUELLAR: "Certainly I thought when the Republicans shut down the government in 2013 that was wrong. I think Democrats or anybody that wants to vote to shut down the government is wrong. There are some issues that are important to us. We want to have sensible border security, we want to protect the DACA students and those are things that we can reach in principle, but nobody should vote to shut the government down."
