Ken Vogel: Left Wing Donors Paid Lisa Bloom, Trump Accusers to Bring Forward More Allegations to Turn the Election for Hillary

VOGEL: "We found that in the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, there were a number of major donors on the left who reached out to Lisa Bloom, this is the women’s rights lawyer who is famous for bringing a number of sexual harassment allegations that have brought down powerful figures on both sides of the aisle, but mostly on the right including Bill O’Reilly, including Bill Cosby, and she was — she had a number of clients who had accused Donald Trump of sexual harassment and was trying to bring forward more in the closing days of the presidential election, thinking that this could help turn the election for Hillary Clinton against Donald Trump. Well, we found that David Brock, a prominent Clinton backer, wrote a $200,000 check from one of his nonprofit groups to Lisa Bloom’s firm to try to help vet and bring forward some of these accusers. And also Susie Tompkins Buell, a major Hillary Clinton backer, one of Hillary Clinton’s close friends, wrote a $500,000 check to try to provide support for some of these accusers who might be compelled to come forward if they felt like they had security, relocation expenses, even a safe house in one instance."
