President Trump’s past 96 pieces of legislation, he signed 96 bills into law basically. That actually puts him behind where President Obama was at this time, where President W. Bush was and where President Clinton was at this time too. All of them had more than 100. Bill Clinton had 208. Now, take out some of the pieces like the commemoration for national heart healthy day. Let’s say those don’t count in these numbers. Even if you move the more symbolic pieces of legislation, the president -- President Trump is only slightly ahead of President Obama and President Bush. But he’s still behind President Clinton. So numbers why -- it’s not clear what he’s talking about."
