Ben Cardin: The Trump Administration’s Decision to Provide Ukraine with Defensive Weapons Was the ‘Right Decision’

CARDIN: "I talked to Secretary Tillerson about this and the Congress has been asked the administration to provide defensive weapons so that Ukraine can defend itself. Again, if you don't provide this help, Russia will continue to interfere in the sovereignty of Ukraine. So providing them defensive weapons is the right decision. And it's I think supported by the overwhelming majority of Congress. I think we wanted the administration to do this."
