BENSON: "That stands in such stark contrast to some of the polling that we’ve seen, 'The Wall Street Journal' poll showing that only 17 percent of Americans believe they're going to get a tax cut under the Republican bill. When nonpartisan analyses demonstrate that the number is north of 80 percent, only 4.8 percent of Americans will see a tax increase under the bill, mostly higher income people from blue state to itemize; 80 percent of Americans get a tax cut under this law. And of the perception is exactly the opposite. That's why I think --"
