Every poll said it is unpopular. So while this is a legislative victory for the president and it is it a big one for the speaker who's even trying to get tax reform done first and he's been in the House. This bill doesn’t work for all Americans. Because if you are middle class family in Livingston, New Jersey this bill is going to raise your  taxes.
