Scarborough Insists Hillary’s a Neocon: ‘She and Bill Kristol Could Write a Book Together’ (Mediaite)

Today, Joe Scarborough decided that out of all the presidential candidates of 2016, Democrat and Republican alike, Hillary Clinton was the most neoconservative.

“She and Bill Kristol could write a book together,” he argued on Morning Joe. “There’s not been a war since the 1990s that Hillary Clinton hasn’t supported.”

“She’s an interventionist,” he continued, over protests that “neocon” was a loaded term, and that maybe he meant “centrist”. “She wants to go to war a lot more than I want to go to war, a lot more than Rand Paul wants to go to war, a lot more than — I’m not to the left of Hillary on war, I’m left to Hillary on Wall Street.”

“Somehow, weirdly, you’re doing her a favor,” Mika Brzezinski deadpanned.
