Charles McCullough: There Was Coordination Between State Dept. and Clinton Campaign During Email Probe

RUSH EXCERPT:
McCULLOUGH: "They should not have. I am well aware there was coordination between the campaign, the State Department and certain officials and certain law firms in town and people on Capitol Hill. I think that blew itself out in the Podesta emails." 
CARLSON: "Is that legal?" 
McCULLOUGH: "There are rules that apply. People have been looking at those. I am not aware. I have been gone out of the government since last March. I am not sure if anything was pursued with that."
