BLITZER: "We are following breaking news right now. We’re just getting word that -- from South Korean media that North Korea has launched a ballistic missile. Will Ripley is joining us from Seoul, South Korea right now. Will's been to North Korea more than a dozen times. Will, tell us what South Korean media is now reporting." 
RIPLEY: "Yeah, this is a reliable source here, Wolf. This is the Yonhap news agency which is often our first line of information when we hear about these North Korea missile launches. And they are saying the ballistic missile has been launched from somewhere in North Korea. But that is all that we know right now."
