RICE: "I mean, the more the American people are learning about what exactly is contained in either proposal, the House or the Senate tax bill, they don’t like it. I can tell you from New York state, we have a bipartisan representation of house members on Long Island, for instance. Four of us, two Democrats and two Republicans, and the Republicans are not supporting the house bill. It is — it’s going to — it’s a giveaway to the rich, to the rich people in this country. And to big corporations on the backs of the middle class, seniors, through Medicare cuts that are going to be inevitable to pay for this tax reform bill."
