RUSH EXCERPT:

WESTWOOD: "That’s what they’ve tried to do throughout a lot of different controversies that have reflected poorly on the Republican Party. It is interesting to see the White House evolution on how to deal with Roy Moore. At first there was total silence by the president when the allegations first surfaced. He was in Asia when the scandal was unfolding. By the time they got back to Washington and were confronted with the scandal it had mush roomed into something pretty big. A lot of women, more than a half dozen on the record by the time the president returned. The White House at first tried to walk a thin line saying the women deserve to be believed. These are credible allegations but stopping short of calling for Roy Moore to exit the race the way Mitch McConnell had. But we saw the president talk to reporters as he was leaving for Mar-a-Lago and said the allegations are 40 years old. We don’t need a Democrat in that seat. It’s pretty clear where he stands."
