Byron York: Everybody Is Trying To Figure out What the Middle East Without ISIS Looks Like

‘We have been extensively attacking ISIS for a number of years now’

YORK: "Doesn’t look like there is a lot of space between them in that picture. What everybody is trying to do is trying to figure out a post ISIS Syria. Basically Putin and the Russians were in this civil war on Assad’s side. The rise of ISIS changed the calculation for the united States. We have been extensively attacking ISIS for a number of years now. Donald Trump attacked both sides in this. A missile attack on Syrian forces one time earlier in his presidency. So what they’re trying to do is figure out what Syria looks like with the defeat of ISIS."
