HIRONO: "The whole question of resignation, once again, in my view, he went through an impeachment process as a result of his actions. I certainly do not defend his indefensible actions. But let’s move forward. Talking about Bill Clinton should not be a shield to the rest of us talking about what are we going to do about this going forward? That’s what my — what my concern is. Is something going to happen from all of this? Are we going to change our culture? Are we going to change institutional responses to these kinds of behaviors? So that’s where my focus will be. And that’s why I think it is important that we reform how the Senate and the house treats this kind of behavior."
