BLACKBURN: "First of all, I would just be certain that everybody understands that this mandate is hurting families and it’s hurting middle-class families to get rid of it. The second thing, look at those marginal rates. The 39.6 percent rate, bring it down. So that everyone is going to see a tax cut, we want everybody to see a tax cut. The middle class is going to see most of the tax cuts from this bill and that’s where the emphasis ought to be. Hardworking families keeping more of their money, not sending it to Washington, D.C. to be wasted on programs they don’t want."
