WILLIAMS: "After the Bob McDonald case, the governor was Virginia, he was convicted and the supreme Court threw it out and raised the bar in terms of what it takes to prosecute. It’s prosecutors that are having a hard time and I think juries that want something very hard and firm. I think that’s a problem. You have to hold politicians accountable. What Menendez said at the stand, about holding a grudge, that was thuggish."
