NBC’s Chuck Todd, the new host of Meet the Press, said President Obama’s foreign policy missteps could wreak “Jimmy Carter-like damage” on the Democratic party’s image when it comes to national security.
“Republicans lead by 38 points on the issue of ensuring a strong defense,” Todd said, observing that Obama’s foreign policy is affecting his entire party.
“He’s on the precipice of doing Jimmy Carter-like damage to the Democratic band on foreign policy.”
