BIDEN: "I'm reluctant to criticize the president when he's abroad, but I don’t believe Putin. And there’s no good reason to believe Putin in my view. I don’t think any objective person should believe Putin on this score. And when I said that to Putin, his response was to me, that we understand one another. It wasn’t meant — I want to make it clear to him that I understood his, where he was coming from. And he understood that I knew where he was coming from. And -- but I -- I don’t believe Putin at all. They did meddle, he was responsible for it."
