In a shouting match over tax reform, Fox News host Melissa Franciscalled out former Bill Clinton advisor and New Policy Institute head Simon Rosenburg for using “talking points” instead of answering questions.

When Rosenburg didn’t directly answer an inquiry about a bipartisan solution to the Republican’s tax reform bill, Francis interrupted him multiple times to stop his attack on the GOP’s approach.

“Well, you are doing talking points,” said Francis — to which Rosenburg responded, “it is insulting you say that to me as if I don’t understand what I’m saying.”
