An MSNBC reporter on Tuesday gave a live report on the death of an unborn child in the Texas church shooting, and appeared to be correcting herself when she shifted to call the victim a "fetus" instead of an "unborn child."

MSNBC's Mariana Atencio reported on the death of Karla Holcombe, a pregnant mother of who was killed during the shooting that left 26 people dead.

"She was pregnant, she died in the church behind me, and not only her and her unborn child, but three of her children," Atencio said.
