Does Mitt Romney think he would make a better president that Hillary Clinton? “No question about that in my mind,” the 2012 Republican presidential nominee said on Fox News Sunday.

“I look for instance at her record as secretary of State. Look, her record is Barack Obama’s record in foreign policy, and it’s a disaster.” Citing the ongoing conflagrations in the Middle East and the Ukraine and the current administration’s inaction, Romney said: “If you can’t speak decisively, you can’t be decisive. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are two peas in the same pod.”
