RUSH EXCERPT:

BRUZZO: "You know Charles part of the problem here is that there was a lot of misinterpretation in the media. Today was actually a great day for a American military justice. You had a military judge stared down a sitting autocratic president and say sir today justice prevails. The Independence of this system prevails. Think the decision was entirely appropriate. Zero Bergdahl enlisted in the army in 2008. He had walked out of the coast guard two years previous because of mental health issues. The army took him in despite the fact that he had those issues. He acted consistent with someone who is mentally ill when he left his post and went off into hostile Taliban countryside in order to report what he saw as leadership problems in his unit to positively ridiculous claim. The judge recognized that this was a young man with mental health issues who shouldn't have ever been in that position."
