MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle Doesn’t Know She Is on Live TV

‘If there’s a voice in our ear, I can’t hear it’

MSNBC Anchor Unprepared for Live TV (The Washington Free Beacon)

MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle was caught by surprise on Thursday when she realized the cameras were on.

At the beginning of MSNBC's "Velshi and Ruhle," Ruhle was preparing herself for the show when co-host Ali Velshi began the broadcast. While Velshi was kicking off the show, Ruhle interrupted and remarked how, if there was a voice in her ear, she couldn't hear it. Velshi informed her she was on live television.

"If there's a voice in our ear, I can't hear it," Ruhle said.

"We're on TV," Velshi said.
