Well, what does the United States and Syria now have in common after Nicaragua signed on to the Paris Climate Agreement Yesterday? The U.S. and Syria are now the only nations on Earth not in the deal." 
SCARBOROUGH: "We have that going for us." 
BRZEZINSKI: "Yes. Even North Korea is in the deal."
