Sen. Barrasso: ISIS Is the ‘Richest Terrorist Army in History’

BARRASSO: “The president needs to spell out to the American people, articulate the threat that we are, as a nation, facing - the threat to the homeland. And then, outline his strategy of dealing with it and dealing with this -- a strategy that actually equals the threat. That's what the American people need to hear. What we heard are mixed messages coming from the administration. Some say 'contain', others say 'crush.' Some say 'degrade,' others say 'destroy.' There are a lot of different ways to do that, and we need to know what the president’s proposal is. We have been flying missions, air force missions, but they have been described as humanitarian and protecting Americans. That’s not going to get the job done. The American people have to put together then a coalition from around the world of others to come together to destroy this group that is so committed to destroying America.”
