MELVIN: “The President is also coming under intense criticism for his tweet about hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico, saying that federal emergency crews cannot stay there forever. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez is in San Juan with more on that. Gabe, good morning.”  
GUTIERREZ: “Craig, good morning. Today, congressional delegation, including House Speaker Paul Ryan, will visit Puerto Rico. This more than three weeks after Hurricane Maria battered this region. This island is still at a virtual standstill. More than 80 percent of the island remains without power, and critics say the President’s words are adding insult to injury.”

CRUZ: “I think it’s conduct unbecoming of a leader of the free world.”
