CUTTER: "I think what John Kelly did today is to show that there's an adult at home in the White House. And reassured people that there is somebody with some sense of things that it's not pure chaos. There is a decision-making process. We know that when these stories get written there's always a strong element of truth to them. So there is something going on in there, but I think what he did today is buy themselves some time that, that he's there. He's in charge, and he certainly knew how to handle that room."
