Huckabee: I Don’t Know How Dumb the NFL Can Be; Play the Game

HUCKABEE: "No, look, I’m very proud of Jerry Jones. I think it took a lot of guts. Finally somebody in the NFL recognizes that they’re turning off their fans. Their TV ratings are plummeting, sales of merchandise is falling. I don’t know how dumb they can be. This is a football game. Play the game. If you want to get involved in politics, get your name on the ballot, run for office. Or if you want to make a speech, go out to the speech circuit. That’s fine. But when you go to work, do your job and your job is to play football and these guys need to get that through their sometimes rather banged about heads."
