Joy Behar Mocks Mike Pence For Kowtowing to Trump on Protest: ‘He’s Like a Little Prop’ (Mediaite)

During a View discussion about Pence’s pre-planned walkout of Sunday’s Colts-49ers game after a number of 49ers knelt during the National Anthem, Behar mocked the Vice President for kowtowing to President Donald Trump — who claimed in a Tweet that he asked Pence to leave if anyone kneeled.

“Pence is kind of like a prop,” Behar said. “He’s like a prop that Trump says ‘Do this,’ he does it. Do this, he does it. He’s like a little prop.”

When she turned serious, Behar criticized Trump and Pence for trying to deflect attention from the original intent of the protests.
