TURNER: "No one knows exactly what the President means. What we can suss out is that he is trying to keep the credible threat of military force on the table in dealing with North Korea. He is doing everything he can at every available moment to allude to military plans that the Pentagon has in place, to allude to the fact he is willing to take advantage of them, to use them. Whether he actually is going to do that remains to be seen. Hopefully he is keeping it as a last, last, last resort option here."
