Ruben Kihuen: GOP Listens More to the NRA than They Do to the American People

‘The majority of the American people want commonsense gun legislation’

KIHUEN: "I believe that Congress needs to listen to the American people. I know that the Republican Party and Republican colleagues of mine listen more to the NRA than they do to the American people. The majority of the American people want commonsense gun legislation and I believe that now is the time. If now is not the time, then when? This is a call that I’m making to all of my colleagues. We need your help. If you want to prevent this from happening in your backyard, we need your help to pass commonsense gun legislation to prevent gun violence in the future here in Las Vegas and all across America."
