THUNE: "This is a humidity humanitarian crisis. It’s an emergency. It needs to be treated as such. And I think, you know, when you've got extraordinary circumstances like this, you need to take extraordinary measures. And so, I think these requests that the mayor of San Juan and governor of Puerto Rico are making for some waivers and for getting assistance down there as quickly as possible, we need to move heaven and earth and do what we can to -- to assist the people who are suffering down there."
