John McCain in 2016: ObamaCare Is a Complete Failure

McCAIN: "It was a president who said if you like your health care policy you can keep it. He said if you like your doctor you can keep it, and all of that. Now they have one provider and we have legislation. If there is only one health care provider, which is the case in 14, in every county of Arizona but one, then they should not have to pay any premium."
