JOHNSON: "Every bit as well as ObamaCare did and also going to protect individuals that can't afford ObamaCare right now. You'll have the state innovation. Again, look at best practices, like Maine's individual high-risk pool. And not repealing guaranteed issue but lowered premiums dramatically.
TODD: "Senator Johnson, I'll leave it there. I hate when we do a satellite conversation because I know we're just having a good conversation, but people think it's something else, but it's a pleasure.
