CONWAY: "But the President has never backed down and won’t now on getting that wall built. We’re a sovereign nation that needs borders. We spend billions of dollars helping other nations protect their borders. It is high time a sovereign nation like ours has our own physical borders to protect. Secondly, the President has made very clear what he thinks of DACA. There is no constitutional authority, no statutory authority, and he has said to Congress, 'If you want to act, go and act. You had seven months to do it, here is six more. You have until March now.' So, that’s up to Congress. If Congress wants to act, the President will review what they are doing. Everybody knows exactly where President Trump stands on each of these issues and that hasn’t changed.”
