White House: FEMA Has the Money They Need So There Is No Break in Operations

BOSSERT: "First, FEMA still has the money that they need, so there's no break in operations. I want to make sure to clarify on your question there. But there will be a break in their operations if they run out of money. That's why that supplemental legislation was so necessary.
