MAN: "The risk is going to continue. The risk is going to continue because of the fact from a sea level perspective we have higher sea levels, of course the oceans are getting warmer, and so climate change is going to increase the frequency of these kind of events. I think what’s going to happen after this event is we’re going to start to see some secular changes as it relates to the way that we build and the way that we sort of construct our cities and the way that we monitor and predict these things. By the way, one point about the weather forecast for both of these events have been amazingly accurate, amazingly accurate, and that saved hundreds of lives.”
