Mark Meadows: 25 Percent Corporate Tax Rate Is a ‘Non-Starter for Most of Us’

MEADOWS: "Well, we had a meeting at the West Wing yesterday and we also had a meeting with the Speaker yesterday. In terms of lines in the sand, we've got to be very, very aggressive in our corporate rate. So, if we’re looking at a corporate rate of 25 percent, that’s a non-starter for most of us. We have to make sure that the hardworking American taxpayers, that they get the break, too, not just special interest groups. We need to make sure that those moms and dads that need to put money back in their pocket, that it actually flows through to them."
