We are looking at multiple and creative options to make sure they get back in their homes. FEMA’s intent is not to make you whole, it’s to give you seed money to get you started on recovery. We have the Housing and Urban Development, a community block grant development. All these funds along with philanthropic organizations, our state and local partners pulling together those resources."
