Hannity Urges Tomi Lahren to ‘Go After’ Geraldo Rivera on Clinton’s Emails: ‘Take Him On!’ (Mediaite)

Sean Hannity and newly-hired Fox News contributor Tomi Lahren tag-teamed Geraldo Rivera on the FBI’s decision to reject a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to release files from their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails  due to the lack of public interest.

“When you use a private email on a private server, your privacy rights are out the window when you’re the Secretary of State of the United States of America,” Lahren began. “You don’t have privacy anymore! She chose to do this. This is on her.”

Rivera pushed back, saying he thinks it’s a “disaster” for Republicans to keep going with this scandal.

“It has already destroyed the career of Jason Chaffetz who led the charge –”

“It didn’t destroy his career,” Hannity interrupted. “He’s at Fox!”

Rivera insisted that Chaffetz and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) were “made fools of” in the wake of the investigations.

“Enough with Hillary’s emails,” he added. “It’s a big yawner.”

Hannity then pushed Lahren to “go after Geraldo” and to “take him on.”

“I have some friends who’ve spent a few hours in Benghazi who would really like to know what’s in those emails,” Lahren said. “To say that that the public doesn’t have a right to know or that we’re not interested- that’s a load of crap.”

She added she will “stay on” the scandal until the “mainstream media stops covering Russia day in and day out.”
