Sean Duffy: If Gov’t Is Shut Down over Trump’s Wall, It Will Be Dems’ Fault, Not GOP

‘They should look at what we do with border security as a pathway to get immigration reform done’

EXCERPT:

DUFFY: "To your question, yeah, the President is talking about a border wall. This is an issue that Democrats have supported up to ten years ago, from Barack Obama to Hillary Clinton to Chuck Schumer. They supported legislation that would build a 700 mile wall. So now Donald Trump says we will build it, if Democrats don't come along the government will be shut down. The one point that I disagree on with the President is that it won’t be Republicans fault if we're there trying to enforce our laws and secure our southern border, it will be Democrats who shut down government, not Republicans."
