So, she's distancing herself on policy from the president. She hasn't said anything negative about the president personally. She shows she's willing to disagree, and she uses the popularity of Bill Clinton, who really does relate -- I've seen him relate to people in West Virginia and the Western Pennsylvania, and boy, he talks their language!"
