CAMEROTA: "President Obama was increasing troop levels. President Trump, then-Donald Trump tweeted, 'We should get out, this is silly. We should rebuild the U.S., we should leave Afghanistan immediately. We have wasted an enormous amount of blood and treasure in Afghanistan.' He wanted to get out."
MAN 1: "And how many generals did he talk to before he tweeted that?"
WOMAN 1: "None."
WOMAN 2: "He didn’t have the information at that time."
CAMEROTA: "Why is he tweeting about it?"
WOMAN 2: "Because he's Donald Trump."
WOMAN 1: "Because he can."
CAMEROTA: "So then he didn’t know what he was talking about?"
WOMAN 2: "No. He didn’t have the facts. He didn’t have the information he has today, which is completely different."
MAN 1: "We have generals and military experts and we have to trust what they say."
