Brad Blakeman: Trump Has to Get Back on Track and Honor the Promises He Made in the Campaign

BLAKEMAN: "I think Steve millerhi obviously has been there for sometime, but it’s not necessarily the people who get you to the White House that you need around you when you finally get there. T and I think the main thing that has to be done, now, once the shake-up is complete, and there may be more people to come, is the president has to get back on track.k. He has to honor the promises that he made during the campaign. He has to get a legislative agenda passed by 2018, the start of the new year, otherwise we’re going to be consumed next year with the midterm elections. It will be every man and woman for themselves and they’re going to be running for the hills. The president needs a staff T around him, that’s congenial, and believe me, it’s possible, it happens. I worked with two presidents and the staffs had disagreements but they were in the room and once that disagreement was over, and a consensus was had, policy was made and that’s what we have to do. You also have to make sure the president understands that you make policy in Washington but you sell it on main street."
