BRIT HUME: I suspect that Rand Paul doesn't know jack about the Syrian rebels. I'm not sure that anyone knows enough about them. John McCain, who's been over there at least, thinks he knows them, and he says they're not a bad lot. At least that's the testimony of someone who's been there. but I, you know, a lot of what Rand Paul said there was stuff that's certainly consistent with the polling, and consistent with the sentiment in Kentucky. And which military force that you've ever heard of would be eager for another war? That's a statement that amounts to nothing.
