Wright: Trump Needs to Consider a Preemptive Strike on N. Korea and Taking Out Kim Jong Un

WRIGHT: "I think it is something the President is considering, unquestionably. The next step that you look at is decapitation, taking out Kim Jong-un. That’s working with the Chinese because they will have to deal with the repercussions of this, not necessarily the United States. You take out President Kim, you will have to work with Chinese to say who comes next. That's the big and challenging key to that possibility."
