FRANKS: "Bill Clinton gave them a half of million tons of fuel a year. And -- and yet, in both cases the North Koreans just disregarded the deal immediately. And we now face a situation where a rogue country like this could potentially target the United States with nuclear weapons. And then the Obama administration turns around and makes a deal with Iran that's essentially the same kind of deal that puts Iran on a legal trajectory to gain nuclear weapons. This is the most prolific sponsor of terrorism in the world. And I -- I’m starting to be almost impossible to surprise but this is really starting to be a frightening situation. And yet, to hear the left say it’s all -- it's the President Trump’s fault. And Mr. Trump is taking a different tack and I believe that hopefully we can get through this without some sort of military action. I -- I just don’t know if that’s going to be possible."
