Letterman: Congress on Vacation To Recharge for Another Year of Gridlock

LETTERMAN: “We’re heading into the final part of the summer. Just blazed right by, didn’t it? Congress is now getting ready to take a month off. From what? Honest to God, from what? Taking a month off from what? What? They need to recharge their batteries for another year of gridlock.”
