WHITEHOUSE: “Well I think at this point it's mostly sending a signal that these bills they are flares being fired up to do White House saying, don’t do this, this is not going to go well if you do this. Rocks ahead, take care, you know, be careful. So -- and I think that's very important message for Congress to be sending right now. Because the president could well blunder into a decision, without foreseeing how bad the consequences would be and, you know, maybe it's better to head that off, maybe it's better just to have that fight. But, if so, we’re ready.”
