MILLER: "I think a lot depends on President Trump, because President Trump is his own chief of staff, his own communications adviser. President Trump is used to running the show. Is he going to really sit down and listen when General Kelly says, 'Mr. President, tweeting is not a policy and it doesn’t help you?' Is that going to happen? If not, we are looking at basically 'Game of Thrones,' Washington style. It won’t be different."
