Jane Harman: If We Contain N. Korea Nuclear Program, Trump Would Finally Have a Win

We’re probably not going to talk North Korea out of its nuclear program but if we can contain them, get a freeze, what’s called a 'freeze for freeze' would be a pretty good outcome.
